Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical goods purchased directly from the Frizelonthor desk. Digital downloads follow separate handling described below.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with any included accessories. Custom-printed orders may only be returned when a manufacturing defect is documented.

Time window

Customers in the United Kingdom may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for standard catalogue items, unless statutory rights provide a longer period.

How to start

Email contactus@frizelonthor.world with your order reference and a short description. We reply with a return address label or instructions.

Refunds

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable banking timeline. Shipping costs for unwanted items may be deducted unless the item arrived faulty.

Digital goods

Download links that have already been accessed may not be eligible for refund unless files are corrupted and cannot be replaced.

Faulty goods

If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within seven days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
